Planning a birthday party in Bangkok and looking for a fun, family-friendly venue? The city has no shortage of great options, from cosy kid cafés to energetic trampoline parks. Here are five of the best children’s party venues in Bangkok, starting with two excellent kids’ cafés ideal for younger children, followed by active and creative venues suited for older kids and mixed-age groups.

Children’s cafes
Children’s cafes are often cosy venues with existing party packages, often more flexible to your requirements than larger venues. Here are two of our picks:
Sparkles & Sprinkles is one of Bangkok’s newest kids’ cafes, located in the heart of the city in Ploenchit. It combines soft-play fun with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for parents. Located in Sukhumvit Soi 1, there are slides with a ball pit, a climbing zone, and more. The space, cleaned regularly, feels modern and bright, making it a favorite for birthday parties. There is ample parking and birthday packages with cakes and piñatas suited to your needs.
2. Blue Parrot
Blue Parrot is a mediterranean restaurant in Sathorn. Perhaps a surprising choice for a children’s birthday party, the venue is very much kid-friendly, has a sand pit, toddler play area, swimming pool, kids menu, and more.
There’s also ample (dedicated) parking a little further down the street from the restaurant.
3. STRONGKIDDO
STRONGKIDDO is another choice for a kids’ birthday party celebration. With a base birthday package that includes fun gym activities, art painting, an outdoor playground; and add-on packages that include a blubble show, face painting, and food options, STRONGKIDDO looks to be a solid choice. There’s even optional photographer and videographer services, and different buffet meal packages.

4. Bounce
Bounce is a popular venue for children’s birthday parties. With locations at The EmQuartier and Central Chaengwattana, and a dedicated party room, Bounce can be an excellent choice for a kids’ party venue. At the time of writing, there is flexibility when it comes to food – such as bringing your own (service fee applies) or ordering from their cafe. Considering the mall locations, there is ample parking for party guests.
5. Art 101
Art 101 is an art studio in Sukhumvit Soi 71. It can be a fun experience for all children, even those not particularly interested in art. Consider their “splash art” and “pendulum art” options, for example. It’s worth discussing your party requirements with Art101 to see what they’re able to offer, particularly if it’s something your child may be interested in.

You may also consider renting out a sports field or booking the common area in your condominium complex or home and hiring magicians or vendors to organise arts and crafts booths.
